Fall Century - October 10, 2009
Enjoy the fall foilage with ride options of 25, 62, and 100 miles. The ride features quiet country roads, rest stops, cue sheets, painted routes, sag and mechanical support, and a post-ride meal.

Cherohala Challenge - June 20, 2009
An epic 115-mile ride with 9,000+ feet of climbing on both the Cherohala Skyway (a National Scenic Byway) and the infamous "Dragon.” A metric 62-mile century and 50-mile valley ride also available.

Smoky Mountain Wheelmen Fall Century

Cherohala Challenge
A 115-mile epic loop with 9,000+ feet of climbing. This route includes the
Cherohala Skyway (a National Scenic Byway) and the infamous "Dragon” (318 curves
in 11 miles). Throw in a couple of national forests, mountain lakes and rivers,
and you have one of the most spectacular rides anywhere in the country.
In addition, a Metric Century tackles the Skyway for 62
breathtaking miles up and down (6,000 feet of climbing).
A new 50-mile "Ride the Valley" added in 2009 offers all of
the beauty of Tennessee's back country, with quiet shady roads, rolling
hills, and a few fast. flat stretches.
